Qualifications

• Requires strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement documents, legal descriptions, and final plat preparation.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for production.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, support project coordination, and interact with design services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.
• Process raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Perform QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff.
• Uphold division, regional, and company values, policies and practices.
