Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Technician to join our team. This role will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.

Ideal candidates bring experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-growing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, and easement documents.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for production activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with field crews and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation and legal descriptions.
• Compute survey points and support project coordination.
• Process field data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D; perform QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate with field crews and other office staff; uphold company values and practices.
