Job summary

Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to protect guests, team members, and assets. You will lead surveillance staff, enforce state gaming regulations, and coordinate with the Surveillance Manager to plan schedules.

Requirements include at least two years in surveillance or related roles, prior supervisory experience, 21+ years old, and ability to obtain a gaming license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ surveillance agent, operator, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Surveillance Manager with planning and scheduling team members.
• Train surveillance team members and continuously develop their skills.
• Observe, report, and document procedural violations and illegal activity at the property.
• Monitor all cameras and computer systems and ensure they are operational.
• Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations are followed.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of guests, team members, clients, and company assets at the property. You will lead the team of surveillance team members and ensure company and state procedures are followed.

Pay

$24.00 – $28.00 / hour
