Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will lead the surveillance team and help ensure safety and compliance with state gaming regulations.

Key duties include planning and scheduling staff, training team members, monitoring cameras and systems, and reporting violations. You must have at least 2 years of surveillance or related experience, prior supervisory experience, be 21+, and be able to obtain a

• Assist the Surveillance Manager with planning and scheduling team members.
• Train surveillance team members and develop their skills.
• Observe, report, and document procedural violations and illegal activity at the property.
• Monitor all cameras and computer systems to ensure operation.
• Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations are followed.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of guests, team members, clients, and company assets at the property. You will lead the team of surveillance team members and ensure company and state procedures are followed.

Pay

$24.00 - $28.00 / hour
