Qualifications

• Ability to pass background investigations and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct daily activities and work assignments of Security Officers.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to personnel.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and SOPs.
• Address operational challenges and elevate issues to senior leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and post coverage for uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with shift scheduling and coverage for absences.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of security staff.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and high morale.
• Conduct site patrols, post inspections, and reviews to ensure standards.
