Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift. The role reports to the site supervisor and Account Manager, and involves coaching, recognizing and disciplining staff within empowerment guidelines.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, with a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience, and possess strong written and oral communication,

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Drug/alcohol test and background check may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Lead unarmed security operations at the assigned client site.
