Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Officers and lead personnel at client sites. You will ensure compliance with post orders, oversee rounds, and file required reports while coordinating with management for adequate shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years security leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management.
