Bally’s Corporation is seeking a vigilant surveillance professional in Kansas City to monitor casino activity, identify irregularities, and report findings to supervisors and Missouri Gaming Commission officials.

The role demands strong observational skills, knowledge of casino internal controls, and the ability to produce clear, concise incident reports. Flexible scheduling, including late nights and weekends, is required to maintain security and compliance across all areas.

Qualificações

• Experience monitoring surveillance in casino environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and security procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing clear, concise reports with correct grammar and punctuation.

Responsabilidades

• Observe guest and team member activities in monitored areas.
• Monitor for criminal activity and regulatory violations.
• Record activities and report to company and Missouri Gaming Commission officials.
• Log surveillance activity daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and team members.

• Undergo overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required.

• Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
• Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
• Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Missouri Gaming Commission officials.
• Appropriately record surveillance activity in daily log.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, market plans, and team member and patron information.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s KC and departmental management.
  
• Show proficiency in operating surveillance systems and related software.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret surveillance footage and identify irregularities.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports using correct grammar and punctuation.
• Demonstrate exceptional observational skills with the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Knowledge of all table games and casino internal controls.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
