Job summary

Bally's is seeking a surveillance-minded professional to monitor multiple casino areas and ensure safety and compliance on the floor.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong teamwork, and solid communication skills, with 1–2 years of surveillance preferred. This on-site position offers a stable schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • One to two years of surveillance experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
  • Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
  • Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Louisiana Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
  • Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission officials.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
  • Track and complete all government reporting.
  • Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Target Salary Range:

$15.00 per hour
