Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel is seeking a Security/Surveillance team member to uphold a high standard of guest service while monitoring casino operations. You will help maintain a safe, compliant environment across gaming and non-gaming activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring table games, processing device activities, reporting irregularities, and supporting the Self-Exclusion program in line with internal controls. Flexibility for shifts is required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong organizational and decision making abilities.
• Above average math skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer/employee service skills.
• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time.
• Ability to work with arms above your head for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 LBS.
• Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high.
• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Visually able to define color.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

• Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
