Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel is seeking a Surveillance Associate to monitor table games, electronic gaming devices, and the cash cage, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and reporting irregularities to supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma, fluent English, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Performs duties related to the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Target Salary Range $16.50
