Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel seeks a Surveillance Associate to monitor table games and electronic gaming devices, cashiers cage activities, and non-gaming procedures. You will uphold a service culture and report irregularities to the Surveillance team.

You will also support the IGB Self-Exclusion program per internal controls. The role requires knowledge of casino operations, ability to work in a high-noise, high-stress environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• This role requires reading, writing and understanding English.
• Strong organizational and decision making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer/employee service skills.
• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time.
• Ability to work with arms above your head for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 LBS.
• Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high.
• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Visually able to define color.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

• Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
• Monitors all non-gaming procedures
• Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
• Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
