Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Virginia is seeking a Surveillance Agent to help protect the casino by monitoring gaming and security cameras and reporting incidents. The role requires vigilance, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining CCTV systems, logs, and confidentiality, with shift work including evenings and weekends. A 90-day training program is required, and candidates must be able to obtain a VA Gaming License.

Qualifications

• One year of games surveillance experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a security, casino, or surveillance related field preferred.
• Strong communicationskills; clear, concise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Guard against internal and external threats using CCTV and surveillance equipment.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning at start, during, and end of shift.
• Maintain logs with accurate entries and confidentiality of Hotel/Casino information.
• Report incidents to the Director of Surveillance or on-shift supervisor.
• Interface with pit personnel and other departments as needed.

Job Summary

TheSurveillance Agent aids in the over all protection of the Casino. Agents guard againgst internal and external threats through the use of gaming and security cameras.

• Has knowledge of all slot/game’sprocedures and Title 31 of Virginia State Gaming Commission.
• Ensures all surveillance equipment isoperatingatstartof shift, during shift and completion of shift.
• Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information.
• Reports all incidentsobservedon shift to the Director of Surveillance, SurveillanceManager,or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor
• Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone.
• Endorses the businessobjectives,ethics,and values of Caesars’s Entertainment Inc.
• Operates a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system tomonitorscasino activities and prepares reports and logs.
• Assistwithtrainingof new employees.

What You Will Need

• One year of games surveillance experiencepreferred.

• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability tointerface effectively withthe public and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalentrequired.Somecollegepreferred.
• Be ableto satisfactorilycomplete a90-day surveillance training program.
• Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operationspreferred.
• Strong communicationskillsrequired, both verbal and written.

Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
