Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in medical device/medtech.
• Preferably 3+ years of documented sales experience with Surgical Wound Irrigation products.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room, tolerate surgeries, and stand for extended hours.
• Prior 1099 and/or IDN level contracting experience preferred.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Wound irrigation markets and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Train 1099 Reps.
• Expand in accounts beyond Orthopedic or 1099-driven sales.
• Maintain existing non-1099 covered accounts.
• SFDC Pipeline and forecasting management.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the BD Surgiphor portfolio.
• Drive surgeon education in partnership with 1099 and MSL.
• Achieve sales goals and grow Surgiphor in designated area.
• Build relationships with hospitals and distribution partners.
• Discuss products in relation to human anatomy.
• Attend procedures to provide technical product support.
