Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products and meet sales objectives across a defined territory in the United States.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to demonstrate products, ensure proper implementation, and support surgical procedures. Responsibilities include planning a strategic sales plan, conducting calls and presentations, creating in-field promotional programs, and managing the territory budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales is a plus.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons is desirable.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote GYN Surgical products and meet sales objectives within an ethical framework.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-field training and support.
• Travel daily within territory; may require occasional overnight stays.
• Develop and manage territory sales plan and operating budget.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize patient outcomes and device usage.
