Job summary

The role includes in-field demonstrations, collaboration with physicians and staff, and ongoing support during procedures, along with developing training materials and nurturing strong clinical relationships across hospitals. Travel within the region is frequent, with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated successful medical sales experience.
• Experience with capital equipment or medical instruments preferred.
• Ability to engage surgeons and clinical staff effectively.
• Familiarity with clinical outcomes data and reimbursement basics.
• Experience in training healthcare professionals and educators.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel intrastate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales plans to meet objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and present to surgeons and staff.
• Create in-field promotional programs for regional customers.
• Manage territory budget and track performance.
• Provide surgical procedure support and ongoing customer service.
• Develop in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence.
• Lead educational programs for customer training and new hires.
• Provide feedback on product performance and competitive activity.
• Travel daily within accounts; overnight travel may be required.
