Hologic, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Surgical Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products across multiple Northern California accounts.

You will meet sales objectives, support surgeons and staff, demonstrate products, and travel regionally to customer sites and conventions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of medical sales experience or OR exposure, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• 1-2+ years selling into an Operating Room environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan for GYN Surgical products.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nurses, and admins.
• Provide in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery.
• Develop in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence.
• Plan regional educational programs and train new hires as needed.
• Provide product feedback, report on territory operation and competition, and track activity.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts, with possible overnight stays.
• Attend corporate training, sales meetings, and in-field development courses.
