Formación

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data and reimbursement.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute strategic territory sales plan for all products, including capital equipment and disposables.
• Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and present to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff and hospital staff.
• Create in-field promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery and ongoing customer service.
• Develop in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence and coordinate with course directors.
• Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition and customer satisfaction; submit reports as needed.
• Travel daily within accounts with possible overnight stays; attend conventions.
