Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Sacramento to promote GYN Surgical products and meet sales objectives. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure proper device implementation, patient outcomes, and compliance with safety standards.

You will conduct product demonstrations, support training, and travel within assigned accounts to build relationships with clinical teams and optimize patient care. Strong sales experience and a clinical background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment sales and/or medical devices.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan including master sales plan, gap analysis, and promotional plans.
• Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and present to surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, payers, and others to achieve objectives.
• Create and implement in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support and ongoing customer service.
