• Graduate of school of surgical technology or one year of directly related Operating Room experience as a surgical technologist
• Ability to scrub a variety of surgical cases
• Must meet licensure/certification requirements as specified in the posting

Responsibilities

• Pass surgical instruments in operating room
• Maintain sterile field during procedures
• Obtain necessary supplies/instruments for cases and check for completeness
• Open rooms independently or with circulating nurse depending on case complexity
• Set up and maintain sterile field until patient exits the room
