Baptist Health is seeking a Surgical Tech for Outpatient Surgery in Kentucky. This full-time role supports the operating room team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, providing essential sterile technique and instrument handling.

Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The position requires graduation from an approved Surgical Technologist program, good communication, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment. Benefits include tuition assistance and PTO.
