Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Surgical Technologist in Colorado to support operating room teams under surgeon and nurse supervision.

The role requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, BLS certification, and preferred 1–2 years of OR experience. Responsibilities include preparing instruments, setting sterile fields, assisting with procedures, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program, or completed appropriate military/training program, or equivalent training/experience.
• Prefer 1–2 years clinical OR experience; may accept 0–2 years in related field.
• Must be certified in Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation for surgical procedures.
• Sets up sterile field with instruments, drapes, and solutions before operations.
• Passes instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants during procedures.
• Assists with patient positioning and transfers to the procedure table.
• Cleans, restocks and maintains the procedure room; participates in counts of supplies.
