Qualifications

• Associates degree in surgical technology preferred.
• Military training in surgical technology may be accepted.
• CST certification and BLS required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover on-call procedures during weekdays/weekends, including holidays.
• Assist intraoperative team, prepare/monitor equipment, maintain sterile field.
• Position and transfer patients, pass instruments, and perform surgical skills.
• Work with minimal supervision in main OR for general and orthopedic cases.

Education

Associate degree in Surgical Technology

Military training in surgical technology (DD214)

High School Diploma or GED + 3 years experience (IL)
