Job summary

The aah Health System is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the Labor and Delivery team in Wisconsin. This 0.75 FTE night-shift position covers weekends, with Friday-Sunday one week and Friday-Saturday the other, 1900-0730.

You will prepare sterile fields, assist surgeons, maintain sterile technique, handle instruments, and support patient safety in a fast-paced OR. Requires CST certification, completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, and BLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Accredited Surgical Technology program completed.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 6 months.
• Two years of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient in aseptic technique and instrument handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile fields and assist in gowning and draping.
• Pass instruments and maintain a sterile environment.
• Set up OR equipment and ensure readiness for each case.
• Assist with patient positioning and specimen handling.
