Job summary

Scripps Health is hiring a Surgical Tech for a full-time, 10-hour day shift at Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines, San Diego. You will help maintain sterile equipment and rooms, scrub for cases, and support the operating team to promote patient safety and care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited training program.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider.

Scripps Green Hospital is attached to Scripps Clinic at Torrey Pines. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery, and organ transplantation.

*$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
