Join our Scripps operating room team as a Lead Surgical Tech where you will ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery, including all case‑specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Monitor sterile field throughout procedure. Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team. Take initiative to utilize appropriate support services to resolve issues. Position and transport patients. Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary.

*$4K New Hire Incentive, $3K Relocation Incentive if moving 100+ miles
