Job summary

Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla is seeking a Radiology Imaging Technician for a part-time role. The position supports CT scanning with 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, and requires BLS and radiology training.

This is a part-time role with benefits. Shifts run 10 hours in the evenings (11:00 AM–9:45 PM or 3:00 PM–1:45 AM) with alternating weekends and holidays, plus on-call duties.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CRT certification or equivalent credential.
• Venipuncture class with certificate due at application; 10 sticks within 30 days of hire.
• Formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology.
• 1–2 years of CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting.

This is a part-time position (40 hours per pay period) working 10-hour varied evening shifts (11:00 AM-9:45 PM and 3:00 PM-1:45 AM). Qualifications

• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
• 1-2 years of CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in CT by ARRT
• Cardiac experience
