Advocate Health is seeking a surgical team member in Charlotte, NC to support the operating room team in a full-time role. The position involves nights with 4 ten-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include aseptic technique, equipment prep, room turnover, and collaboration with the RN circulator. Requires surgical technology education and BLS certification; potential for growth and ongoing training.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent military training.
• Current certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain aseptic technique and organize supplies.
• Assist RN circulator in patient prep and room turnover.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and specimens as required.
• Ensure sterility of supplies and accurate charges.
• Document sterilization activities and participate in performance improvement.
• Attend trainings and pursue competency development.
• Support policy development and standards.
