Job summary

Qualifications

• Mantain 15 hours of continuing education annually.
• Must obtain BCLS/CPR within 3 months of hire.
• No previous experience required; professional association membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care of patients undergoing surgical intervention and prepare/maintain sterile supplies.
• Scrub and assist the surgeon, anticipate needs, and ensure sterile field throughout procedures.
• Maintain instrument tracking, counts with circulator, and readiness of supplies.
• Participate in emergency situations and support team as directed.
