Froedtert Health in Wisconsin seeks a Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to prepare and care for patients, ensuring safety and quality throughout the operative process. The role requires at least 1 year of surgical experience, completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

As a member of the healthcare team, collaborates with the surgical team to provide care for patient ensuring that the goals of the patients are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out.
A minimum of 1 year of Surgical experience is required. Experience can come in any combination in a role as a Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education, certification or diploma required. Completion of a Surgical Technologist program, completion of Military Operating Room Specialist course or the Froedtert Health sponsored apprentice II program required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
