Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA is seeking a Surgical Technologist to perform scrub duties and support the operating room team. The role involves preparing sterile instruments, assisting surgeons, and maintaining patient safety throughout procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, graduation from a surgical technology program, and certification at hire. BCLS is required; CST is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist required.
• 3 years of surgical tech experience required.
• BCLS certification required at hire; CST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties and assists the surgical team.

• Works in partnership with licensed staff and RN in patient care for various age groups.
