Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred) or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales experience.
• Travel about 20% and a valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to manage time, priorities and work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Demonstrate product value and conduct evaluations to physicians and staff.
• Monitor territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.
• Drive growth by closing profitable deals and exceeding objectives.
