Job summary

Adventist HealthCare's Shady Grove Medical Center is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Surgical Services Department. You will coordinate daily staffing, collaborate on schedules with Nurse Managers, and manage time-sheet data entry while supporting nurse leaders and staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), at least two years of admin experience, and proficiency with KRONOS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of secretarial or administrative support experience.
• Experience with KRONOS payroll/timekeeping and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing needs under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers to develop schedules for the Department of Nursing.
• Input and manage department time-sheet data entry.
