Formación

• BSN required from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in OR or PACU.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within one month.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Nurse Manager to assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care and daily operations.
• Ensure streamlined patient care delivery and smooth transitions across the continuum of care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive clinical excellence through departmental goals and performance improvement.
• Support financial stewardship through operational and resource management.
• Facilitate orientation, training, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Foster a collaborative, team-based environment in a fast-paced setting.
