Children’s Hospital of Orange County is seeking a Surgical Scrub Technician II to support the operating room team. You will act as the primary scrub person, managing instruments and equipment for endoscopic and surgical procedures, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care under RN and physician supervision.

The role requires a minimum of two years as a Surgical Technician, BLS certification, and willingness to participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Surgical Technician experience.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program or military service training preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Operating Room experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary scrub person for surgical procedures; handle instruments and supplies.
• Assist in endoscopic and other surgical procedures as directed by RN staff and surgeon.
• Precept new technicians and students; participate in on-call coverage.
