Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures by scrubbing, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Set up and organize the procedure room, prepare instruments and supplies.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality throughout care.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities and trainings.
• Follow Kaiser Permanente policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
