Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor surgeon calendars and OR schedules for efficient case timing.
• Fill gaps when procedures are canceled to maintain full schedules.
• Assist in scheduling urgent and emergent surgeries.
• Coordinate and schedule pre-admission testing as required.
• Maintain updated queues of EPIC-ordered tests and related forms.
• Communicate surgical details to patients and families with instructions and appointments.
• Make reminder calls to patients and verify their attendance.
