Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience booking surgeries preferred.
• 1+ year of billing DX/CPT coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and book surgeries, including pre- and post-operative appointments.
• Reach out to patients to confirm surgery dates and required tests.
• Coordinate dates with patient, doctor and facility.
• Upload documents to EMR and confirm implants with vendors.
• Provide front desk support and answer phones as needed.
• Ensure medical clearance is obtained and documented.
