Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures including pre- and post-operative appointments.
• Confirm pre-operative requirements and transmit information to surgical facility.
• Obtain pre-authorization for procedures from insurance companies.
• Order implants and surgical supplies.
• Manage physician office schedules and communications.
• Maintain scheduling records according to protocol.
• Ensure contract compliance with outside vendors.
