Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Scheduler in Renton, WA to ensure timely, accurate surgical scheduling and patient coordination across the care team. You will verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, and guide patients through the scheduling process, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate EMR entries.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance requirements, and authorizations.
• Experience in medical office scheduling and pre/post-operative workflows.
• Strong data entry and EMR documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with physicians, staff and patients with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries and procedures based on surgeon and team availability.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
