Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Schedules surgical procedures and collects clinical and insurance information.
• Coordinates office and hospital-based procedures, tests, and imaging for efficiency.
• Ensures necessary equipment is available and aligns with hospital schedules.
• Verifies Pre-Admission Testing orders for accuracy and signatures.
• Communicates with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and departments to facilitate scheduling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
