Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical procedures in OR and responsible for making sure everything is obtained for scheduled procedure.
• Back up to prior authorization for surgeries.
• Check in patients upon arrival and verify demographics.
• Obtain & scan insurance cards; verify eligibility.
• Collect outstanding balances and co-pays.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain provider schedule utilization.
