Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in surgical scheduling or billing preferred.
• Epic Optime or Cadence experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical cases in Epic Optime across Endeavor.
• Identify scheduling options and opportunities.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure timely scheduling with OR staff and surgeons.
• Handle charge capture for surgical and anesthesia procedures.
• Review documentation to prevent billing errors and reconcile charges.
• Complete end-of-day processes and release to hospital billing.
