Mia Aesthetics is seeking an In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator to greet patients, gather medical history, and coordinate consultations and surgeries. The role involves educating patients on procedures, preparing pricing discussions, and guiding families through booking steps.

The coordinator will handle appointment scheduling, invoicing, and patient communications in English and Spanish, ensuring a smooth patient journey from intake to post-booking steps.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in the lobby and invite them to the consultation room.
• Provide pre-consult prep instructions to patients.
• Debrief doctors on patient medical history and notes for consults.
• Take notes during patient assessment for procedures of interest.
• Explain pricing and book surgery dates; collect booking fees where applicable.
• Interact with patients to schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations.
• Create invoices and verify medical forms are signed and uploaded.
• Communicate with patients via text, email or phone.
• Follow the lead journey process and target a daily number of conversations.
• Assist with patient intake and scheduling of surgeries as needed.
• Educate patients on procedures and required labs/clearances.
