You will grow your territory by nurturing relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners, present product overviews and training, attend surgeries and trade shows,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.
• Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.
• Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.
