The role includes extensive hands-on training, collaboration with Field Sales Trainers, and growth opportunities within CONMED. Travel is approximately 20% as you engage with surgeons, nurses and OR managers to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related clinical experience preferred.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Bring a high level of energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business.
• Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes.
• Receive extensive hands-on training.
• Ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers.
