Job summary

Simulacra is seeking a Surgical Sales Associate to drive the full sales cycle in the Sacramento and Bay Area region. The role is remote-based, with frequent travel to hospitals and ORs, and mentorship from a Sr. Territory Manager.

You will partner with clinical teams, perform case coverage, and build a robust pipeline using CRM tools. A results-driven, energetic professional with medical sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical sales experience including surgeons and the OR
• Consultative sales approach with ability to convert pipeline into revenue
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management
• Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals, ORs, and surgeons
• Interest in building a long-term career in medical device sales
• High energy, self-awareness, and coachable mindset

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Territory Manager to grow Sacramento and Bay Area territory from prospecting to close
• Provide on-site support to surgeons and OR staff, including case coverage and live procedural support
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via surgeon outreach and hospital networking
• Conduct discovery conversations with surgeons and OR decision makers to match solutions
• Represent the company at industry events to build network and opportunities
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and drive territory growth
