Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for our surgical portfolio. You will promote to surgeons, nurses and OR staff across Michigan and Indiana, travel up to 75% and contribute to meeting personal and business goals.

Based in Kalamazoo, MI / Ft. Wayne, IN / Indianapolis, IN, you will collaborate with a team of Sales Consultants and engage customers by phone and on site to drive adoption and value for Baxter solutions.

Qualifications

• High school degree/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in inside or field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel at least 75% and cover a geographic territory across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Promote surgical portfolio to meet customer clinical and economic needs.
• Formulate and implement selling strategies for products of intermediate complexity.
• Engage with install base and existing customers for incremental purchases and issue resolution.
• Support product demonstrations, site visits, fairs, and mock rooms.
• Meet quotas and follow up on opportunities to grow the business.
• Assist with setup of product demonstrations.
