Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Robotics Business Developer to sell the Hugo Robotic System to hospital clients, building coalitions and guiding long, complex sales cycles.

The role requires field activity across regions, deep engagement with surgeons and executives, and a commitment to ethical, compliant selling. Travel will be substantial, with flexibility to work from home where appropriate.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of selling complex medical devices or capital equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Native-level Finnish/Danish/Norwegian and English proficiency.
