Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois with BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops care plan.
• Implements care plan and adjusts as needed based on evaluation.
• Ensures patient and staff safety and communicates effectively with the team.
• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients, including wound/ostomy care.
• Collaborates with surgical residency and OMFS teams.
